Welcome to the DC Area Phi Beta Kappa Association’s new community bulletin! We hope that you find this bulletin helpful, informative, and engaging.
We wanted to post our policy setting out the purpose and rules of this bulletin:
We have received feedback from members over the years that it would be helpful to have a forum where members can post certain announcements, such as (but not limited to):
- Job postings
- Potential apartment leases
- Requests for study partners or practice partners for musical instruments
- Upcoming events that may be of interest to Association members
- Invitations to join a member visiting a museum or site in the DC area
The purpose of the bulletin is to provide members of the Association with a private forum to post announcements that may be relevant to other members and to help members connect based on common interests. We hope that you will take advantage of this space to continue getting to know your fellow Phi Betes!
Importantly, this space is NOT meant for political debates or arguments with fellow members. The Association reserves the right to delete any inappropriate posts and remove members who repeatedly violate the purpose of the forum.
